PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICIES
All Day Camper
Pass registrations should be accompanied with a full payment of appropriate camp fees.
Cancellations for any program made more than 60 days prior to camp session
will be refunded all paid fees, less a $50 deposit.
Cancellations
for any program made between 30 and 60 days prior to camp session will be refunded only
50% of paid fees, less a $100 deposit.
Cancellations
for any program made 30 or fewer days prior to camp session are not subject to any refund
of paid fees.
Deposits (from
the time they are initially made) and camp fees (once within 60 days of the camp session)
are non-transferable, non-assignable, and are subject to refund only within the guidelines
set-up in Camp Barking Hills cancellation and payment policies as detailed above.
Returned checks
and late registrations are subject to a $50 fee.
